Our Products

Our technology is unique to the Carbon manufacturing industry as we have derived our own processes and procedures similar to other companies around the world. The differences being that we produce Carbon and Graphite materials without using Sulphur and Lead making our process more Eco-friendly and our Graphitizing system is of our design. Our Graphitizing system only takes approximately 12 to 18 hours to complete a batch of materials different to the Atchison Graphitizing System which takes anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to Graphitize the same batch of materials. This unique ability to graphitize rapidly makes our system efficient therefore saving costs of material which is then passed onto the client.

We are continually researching and developing our processes and procedures to ensure greater yield expectations, faster turnaround times for producing Carbon and Graphite materials without compromising on quality. Please refer to Manufacturing Process Chart.

We have our own VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) system onsite, giving us the capabilities of impregnating the Carbon and Graphite materials with different liquids, solvents, resins, stearates, waxes and pitches.

Having our own laboratory where we can analyze Carbon and Graphite materials, to either match the sample properties and fault find. We utilize this laboratory for our own monitoring of in process manufacturing procedures. We can offer a full spectrum analysis of the following properties:
